I wanted a new jio sim, for which I went to the jio retailers shop, he took my mother's adhaar verification and gave a time span of **minutes. But unfortunately it's been more than * days and he is not picking my call also when going to his shop he gives lame excuse Saying you will get a call which is serious lame.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
