Sir,
I m from mangaldai (PIN - ******). I have a mail tezpur to mangaldai. The letter was posted on ** sept,** of dtdc docket no k********. According to track it was delivered to me on ** sept. at * pm. But unfortunately i have not received any call or any letter from your side till **th sept morning. I was shoked when i have seen that it is already delivered on **th. On **th Sept at around **:** am i went to your mangaldai Branch office and search it then i found it.
Sir we pay more in courier for our emergency. If this type of thing is happened what is the meaning of speed courier.
Note, around * or three years back it was happened once with this agency. After * week i searched and received my letter from your agency.
I m attaching my document as witness to get necessary action.
