This is to inform you that I have placed an order "Redmi Note * (Aqua Green, *GB RAM ***GB Storage) - **MP Quad Camera & Full HD+ Display" on August *, ****. The Order #***-*******-*******. I placed another order woman Jeans on the same day, and both the orders were sent with a combined box. The package came for delivery on August **, The delivery executive neighter didn't call me nor came to my door. He dropped the package to our tower security guard. I didn't make any note to deliver the packet to the security guard, Also our society has no restriction to come home premises for outside people. As soon as I got an intercom phone call from the security guard about to pick up the package. I went there within the next * minutes and I can see that the package sealed was broken and neither the mobile is there nor the invoice copy. I get only Woman jeans in the box. Afterthat I called to the delivery executive about the issue and he told me he left from our society and he will come after sometimes. Within next half an hour he send an guy and told me that return the packet and he will reject the packet and return to amazon. I deny to give him the packet. As per my knowledge delivery person cannot return the package as I am an Amazon customer since ****.
Afterthat I told him what is proof you took the return the item from me, Still the package is delivered to me. Then he did something in his mobile and send a screenshot about the reject of the packet but still in my app it was showed delivered. I have share you the screenshot which I have been received from him, He was sent me through whatsapp.
On the next day i,e, August **, *.**am. I have received a Delivered message again. I called him again and he threatened me "Kuch bhi kar lo aap".
On the meantime I have informed to Amazon support through phone and wait *days for resolution did not got any email or phone call after *days later again I called to customer support but remain same thing not respond anything. Then I have escalated the issue through social media. then I got an email from you that the packet was delivered in intact condition which was completely wrong.
I request you again please send any authorised executive with the delivery person in my place. I can show you Video footage on that day. I have download the invoice copy and found
the IMEI no *************** please check with your cyber security team where is the phone right now.
I humble reqest you Please check this matter I saved the money for the long time to buy mobile phone, I did not got the phone and lost the money due to poor delivery service. I have been followup since August **, ****. If you need any help please let me know.
