I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy M**S Phone (Order Number - ***-*******-*******) from Amazon.Com
The Phone was dead on the arrival, Amazon sent their Technical team and confirmed the same.
amazon.in first booked the replacement and then canceled the replacement and send because of some technical issue it got canceled. We will pick up the product and refund your amount.
From the past * days, they are scheduling the pickup for me, and while picking up the mobile they are saying that we can not pick up since the Mobile is dead and we can not check the IMEI number.
They cheated me by sending dead products and now they are not picking their item and not returning my money also.
This is a Mental Harassment for me, I am in a huge tension, coz I have spent **,*** rs for that.
Take your product back. I want my money back now. Please solve my problem ASAP.
