Hi,
This in regards to an issue with my PS* which is not more than a month old. The game crashes in the middle of the game and shows error CE ***** - *.
The technician has totally refused to understand the issue and instead refuses to provide any help too. He said no matter what Sony is not going to replace this product and has not shown any kind of customer centricity.
So I started reaching out to the Sony customer care (**** *** ****) for any update and they sounded active in the *st or *nd call and they lost interest after that. After almost a month of follow up and multiple calls, emails and visits to service center, they finally gave up. The Sony India has replied to my email stating there is no issue with the product, which is not correct at all.
I was hoping for a great support with responsible employees and since its a very well brand but it all gone I guess. I am sure there is someone who is responsible still in the company but these people wont let me reach them. I am falling behind this issue because if I face the same kind of issue in future when my warranty is void, these people will either try to rip me off or ignore my complaint all together.
Please help me solve this issue.
