I had purchased **” *K Full HD Sony TV (model **X****H) from Reliance Digital from reliance mall near Mhatre bridge Pune on **th Dec.
TV was delivered on **th Dec , after much follow-up installation was done **th Dec.
*. The installation engineer was in too much hurry and did not finish the installation properly.
*. Also his behavior / attitude was not proper, he was constantly speaking / taking calls.
Issue
We do not have TV cable like TATA SKY Or hatchway, so we normally connect TV thru internet ( to watch Netflix , Hotstar etc.)
We tried to connecting TV to internet thru wifi, it got connected but connecting getting lost multiple times
After complaint to Relicense Store , they sent Sony engineer for fixing the issue.
We demonstrated this to Sony engineer , he tried upgrade software but problem still persists.
Now we have connected thru Fire Stick ( from my old TV).
My original problem Is not resolved , distance from wifi router to TV is less than ** feet.
I had bought Sony TV with Android so that I can download / watch thru internet.
Since I have used Fire TV stick of my OLD TV , not able to watch old TV ( which is placed in another room)
