Srinu filed complaint against OYO on Oct 6, 2022
I made a booking in this hotel via OYO by paying *** rupees, But the hotel management is saying that, They are not allowing OYO bookings. I have paid the amount for the same I have asked to the management. They are saying that to speak with OYO customer care. I have tried to reach OYO Customer care * times. The Customer care guys were saying that please wait for some time. After waiting for some time (almost ** to ** minutes). They simply cut my call.
