Videocon D2h - Issue in the Subscription

I and my other family members are using Videocon d*h from *rd Feb ****. All my channels got disconnected when I contacted their customer care they said trai has implemented new rules but my other family members did not know that was implemented and I asked to recharge for *** so that all my old channels to be available. I did that but few channels didn't come when I contacted them again they said to activate them online and I did that then the pack migrated and only those * channels came and all the other channels went off. I ask them again they started blaming and to again migrate the balance is low so I recharged again for *** rupees still I didn't get all the channels and there is no response from them. Also, the trai has given extension till **st March but I am still not getting my old channels but daily my amount is deducted.
