I had booked return flights for mumbai to melbourne for Oct'**. These tickets were refundable at the time of booking. However, due to covid pandemic the carrier had to cancel the flights.
EMT/flight carrier has still not issued the refund for this bookings. They have made refunds for the same flight to other passengers but not me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
