I have been victimized for selling an IAS course by Byjus. The marketer have convinced me though I am not interested in the course. They persuaded and asked me to pay the ***** fee for scholarship amount. But later I found that I have got persuaded well and I tried to ask them to expand my Emi. I was paying **** per month. For my family it is too big. They didn't take any response to expand it. I called them, raised complaints. No matter what, nothing was heard. Presently at my home we got struck in the financial crisis. I do not know what to do, Everytime EMI pops, I am not even using their product, I asked them to transfer the course to someone else for which it will be useful. I didn't even ask for refund, but I just don't want to pay the rest of the amount. Our home has been severely poised with my impulsive decision. I reached for consumer court. But as the course is related to professional services, I can't lodge complaint there. They said to speak with Byjus. But they are literally irresponsible. They are giving no response. For one little decision we have to suffer for no usefulness of their product. It's their strategy. The pending amount is *****. I am just asking for that to transfer to someone else. I do not know what to do! Will I be blamed or the byjus has did unfair trade, I am not sure! Reading this, what you will think I do not know. But I am suffering too much inside. I do not know what to do. I have begged a lot in their complaint resolution portal. No one is answering me. I do not even know where to go. This is it, right now I am a creditor I have to pay things for no use. Can someone help? I implore you, if you have any influence please help me... I do not know even where to go, please help. Please...I can't waste my parents money.they are poor and hardworking. Please help . I am literally tearful. Help me someone.
