i have been using iphone for last * years.my phone is perfect.now i am unable to donwnload any new app due to ios version issue.i am unable to purchase a new apple phone due to finicial issue.what can i do.is this is way apple do to customer.why u guys not mention in lauch date that phone will working for *-* years only, after that u have to paid for it or purchase new phone.what can i do now. Please resolve my issue. I am not going to buy new phone. Please chage it with new phone or provide me mail id for senior management so that i can raise my voice regarding the prodcut they build and what was the intension behind the product. There is also lack of transparency in apple to its custome.or tell me any pther forum to raise this issue
