I have booked flight ticket from delhi to patna and return ticket from patna to delhi. I didn't travelle from delhi to patna. I requested them to provide invoice for patna to delhi flight but they are not giving me the same. Just pathetic.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
