We have paid amount for * months ** MBPS plan but the speed is less than ** MPBS, when we raise a complain in Support portal they are demading extra money to give the promising speed and they are very rude .
Even after telling them that we will log a complaint in consumer court they are least bothered and telling do whatever you want.
Becase of this speed cheating we have missed already * major interview meetings which leads us to delay getting the offer and we are unpain for * more months.
Please resolve the issue .
