Hi,
I am a telecom drive test engineer and collecting various telecom data as a part of my job , also I have noticed all the telecom company making fools to user because if you are downloading a file example ** mb file ,and your internet speed is **mbps then if it takes * second to download then you have spent *** mb of your data for downloading just ** mb file i.e a big cheat . Also if you are playing a you tube and its file size is ** mb then it must spend ** mb data from your data bundle but practically you realize its taken more than .
So as a consumer we need to raise these issue to telecom companies I already discussed these point to many of my colleague but no one serious .
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
