Please refer my MMT booking id numbers NH************* and NH*************. I had paid the complete booking amount **,***/-- for two hotel rooms at hotel Scandic Star Hotel in Sweden on **th October ****. We were shocked to discover that our hotel rooms were not confirmed when we approached the hotel in the evening. Entire night we kept on calling the toll free number and local number provided on the invoice. Local number provided was out of service. Toll free number did not responded. It was only in the morning one hour before checkout that the booking got confirmed. It was the nightmare for me and my family. I have submitted the feedback to MMT but I haven't got any response neither any of your executive bothered to call.
I have registered the complaint consumer helpline at http://consumerhelpline.gov.in with Complaint Number: ******. I am also planning to approach consumer court for appropriate compensations.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
