I was an individual with Jet Airways and always flew with them and accumulated lot of Miles. Suddenly out of no where when Jet Airways sold there miles division Intermiles popped up. Intermiles has given no reminder and has taken away all the miles saying expired on *st July ****. As a consumer I didnt check the statement every month as you know for covid the flying has reduced. Now when I checked it in August they are not ready to re-instate my points back. When I am asking for an escalation matrix they have stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. I have the full length of email reminders. As a consumer basic escalation is my right and without reminder if they debit my points then its an unfair policy and consumer needs to be given atleast a chance or reminder.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
