Insta help was very late compared to initial time given. When i tried to cancel the booking through urban company app, it asked me to wait. AI chatbot kept on asking me to wait. When i proceeded to next step to cancel, it asked me cancellation charges of **rs. There was no way in app for me to connect to customer care. Insta help arrived after ** mins or so and said that she didnt get the notification for the booking. My complaint is with their customer support and trade practices where they didnt let me cancel the booking free of cost because it was their delayed service and unfair practice where customer cannot talk to real person. After * hour i got a call from their executive and she was not helpful at all. She said we take your feedback. If you want to cancel, we will refund the amount for remaining time only. What about the * hr of mental agony i faced?
