THIS IS REGARDING THE ABOVE MENTIONED TRIP ID - RETURN TICKET WAS CANCELLED (DUBAI TO COCHIN)
AS PER MY CONVERSATION WITH ONE OF THEIR AGENTS - MS ARATI - SHE HAD INCORRECTLY INFORMED ME OF THE CANCELLATION CHARGES.
CALL WAS MADE TO CLEARTRIP ON *RD OF DECEMBER ****.
FOLLOWING AN INCORRECT AMOUNT OF AED *** BEING REFUNDED I RAISED A COMPLAINT WITH CLEARTRIP. THE AGENT I SPOKE TO MR BASIT INFORMED ME THAT THE FOLLOWING CASE ID WAS ASSIGNED - CASE ID ******** -
THE CLEARTRIP STAFF INFORMED ME THAT AN INQUIRY HAD TO BE MADE AND ACCORDINGLY AFTER THE CALL RECORDING IS CHECKED AND **-** HOURS WILL BE NEEDED.
FOLLOWING WHICH I CALLED AGAIN ON *TH DECEMBER **** AND ANOTHER AGENT MR PRANAV INFORMED ME THAT THERE WAS AN INCORRECT HANDLING OF THE CANCELLATION REQUEST BY THE AGENT AND THAT HE HAS ESCALATED THE CASE FOR THE REMAINING AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED AND REQUESTED ME TO WAIT FOR *-* WORKING DAYS FOR THE REMAINING AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED.
AFTER WAITING FOR THE ALLOTTED TIME, WHEN THERE WAS NO REFUND, I CALLED BACK AGAIN AND THE AGENT WHO HANDLED THE CALL INFORMED ME THAT THERE HAS BEEN NO UPDATE FROM THE CONCERNED TEAM AND THAT HE WOULD NEED **-** HOURS AGAIN. HE DID INFORM ME THAT THE LOSS WAS FILED ON *TH DECEMBER ****.
I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THAT THE REFUND WILL TAKE **-** WORKING DAYS TO REFLECT BUT EVEN AFTER THE ALLOTTED TIME WHEN NOTHING HAPPENED, I AGAIN CALLED ON **TH DECEMBER AND SPOKE TO MR ABHISHEK AND REQUESTED TO BE ESCALATED DIRECTLY TO A MANAGER. THE FLOOR MANAGER MS SONAL INFORMED HIM THAT SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK WITHIN * HOUR AND I DISCONNECTED THE CALL AS PER THE CONFIRMATION FROM MR ABHISHEK.
WHEN THE CALLBACK DID NOT HAPPEN, I CALLED BACK TO CLEARTRIP AGAIN AND ASKED FOR MS SONAL WAGHUKAR DIRECTLY. SHE HAD NO IDEA AS TO WHY I WAS CALLING AND SPOKE TO ME ABOUT MY CASE BEING ABOUT MISSING BAGGAGE. I TOLD HER ABOUT THE COMPLETE CASE DETAILS AND AS PER HER "STUDY" THE REMAINING REFUND AMOUNT OF AED *** WAS TO BE PROCESSED ON **TH DEC **** WITH EMAIL CONFIRMATION FROM CLEARTRIP WHICH HAS NOT HAPPENED TILL NOW.
