I have purchased earrings from Giva and I have seen in the parcel one earrings was missing when I have sent that for the replacement they said item is out of stock. Either I have to choose a different product or they will initiate the refund. I wanted to go for the refund option but They have initiated the refund only of rs *** where as I have paid *** rupees for the order. After follow up the multiple times they are not solving that query their customer support is manipulating every now and then.
