contacted multiple people described my information to all the support persons namely: Ankush, Rajender, Meera, Abhishek Nanda, Sonia, and one senior supervisor as well namely Saurabh, another escalation to Neha the supervisor, Lastly escalation call with Anurag.

*. Mode of Complaint : Long call with Supervisor Anurag to no avail and no resolution
Concern: Incorrect recharge done.
On top of all this few of the agents even tried to fool in acting as the supervisor. Name Mohit.
I have been calling on support line number for past * days and spoken to ** different people wasted my time for **-** minutes in explaining the issue to them just to fool me next time and ask me to wait for another tomorrow which never comes.
