Jio Telecom - Incorrect Jio postpaid bill for the month of May June 2024

I am writing to bring to your attention a significant discrepancy in my postpaid bill of **,***.** Rs for the period of May-June **** .
As a Jio postpaid customer for the past ** years, I have never faced any issue with billing so far. During this period, I regularly utilize your services for data and calls, including while roaming in the Middle East.
On **th May ****, I traveled to the Maldives for a vacation. Unfortunately, I experienced extremely poor network coverage during my stay, rendering the mobile data unusable. I want to inform you that I have not used the internet while roaming in the Maldives during the period mentioned.
Further, I would like to highlight an additional concern. I have set a credit limit of Rs. **** for my connection to prevent unauthorized usage and ensure that the bill does not exceed this limit. However, this safeguard did not work in this case, resulting in the current bill.
Given the circumstances, I request that this issue be formally registered as a complaint. Also, kindly request your immediate assistance in reviewing and rectifying this issue. Attached, you will find the detailed bill for your reference.
I have already reported the issue to customer care and jio team and no response has been received so far. Highly appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and look forward to your swift response and resolution.
