I am writing to complain about a product that I ordered from Purplle.com. I placed the order on June **, **** at *:** PM and it was delivered to me on June **, **** at *:** PM. The product that I ordered was a Philips Hair Dryer. However, when I opened the package, I found that I had received a Nova Hair Dryer instead. The seal on the box for the Philips Hair Dryer was broken. I placed a return request, but it was cancelled by Purplle. I contacted them over the phone and they said that they were escalating the issue. I am very disappointed with the customer service that I have received from Purplle. I have been a loyal customer for many years and I have never had a problem like this before. I am requesting that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action. I would like to be refunded for the Philips Hair Dryer that I ordered. I would also like to be compensated for the time and inconvenience that I have experienced.
