Hello Sir/ Mam,
This is regarding a very disheartening experience that I had with your service. I booked a flight using your app for the date **th December departing from Mumbai at **:** a.m with Go Air. Made the payment and got the e-ticket.But on ** December got a mail and message from GO Air mentioning your flight has been preponed to *:** p.m from *:** p.m. When my flight timing is **:** a.m then how can this information be relevant? Could you please confirm on the right time of departure of PNR-S*DG*Y? If this flight is not operational I would demand a refund. This behaviour is unacceptable. This not only causes a lot of inconvenience but at the same time degrades the trust that we have for your company and it's services.
Please find attached tickets shared and mail updates from Go Air.
Hope you clarify the situation and do the needful. If there is no flight scheduled as per the ticket then request you to initiate a refund as we customer will suffer due to the lack of information between make my trip and Go Air discrepancy.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
