Gayatri Menon filed complaint against Act Fiber Net Bangalore on Aug 26, 2025
On July **th, I switched my plan from a *-month subscription to a *-month plan and paid Rs. *** accordingly.
Autopay was enabled with my account. On August *th, an amount of Rs. ****.** was debited from my bank account for ACT * month plan, and I received an email confirmation from ACT regarding this transaction.
Since I had already changed my plan before the new billing period, this amount should not have been deducted.
I had raised a ticket on the very same day, but the team has been closing it without processing my refund. I have followed up through multiple tickets, emails, and chats, and each time I was assured the issue would be resolved within a day or two. It has now been almost ** days, yet I have not received any refund.
Executives Clara and Raziya were handling my case last, and even they repeated the same assurances without any outcome. I was told that a Juspay link was sent, but I have not received anything in my email or messages.
They wont share any transaction details so that I can check with bank about this.
