This is in regards with the experience at one of the lenskart store.
We went to the lenskart of noida sector ** store. There was a guy named prashant who told us he is the manager there.
We selected two frames for the normal power glasses. Then were selecting the frames for the sun glasses. While trying he was showing us finger bot to try the frames. When we asked him why not he started abusing us that he is the manager and he will tell what to do and what not.to do. When we asked him not to talk like this he started yelling at us telling us to leave while abusing. When we told him this is not the way to talk he started telling us who r u , u r nothing i m the manager here n ol that.
This is not the way to behave with the customer.
