I have placed an order for samsung galaxy tab S* lite through samsung site on * jun **** and got it delivered on * June **** and after unboxing I found that samsung tablet is not getting on so it's dead on arrival and then I called samsung customer care and they have said to me that please visit nearest service center and issue the device there so that I can get DOA certificate so then I submit my device to service center on * June **** and then they have said you will get DOA certificate within * days and then your device will be replaced but they don't give me DOA certificate within * days then I have send email to samsung india and then on ** June **** I get a call from samsung head office and they said that your issue will be resolved on ** June **** and I call you between * PM to *PM to update you but they haven't called me on ** June **** and when I called service center they again delayed it and I still haven't got my DOA certificate and I have not got my device replaced it's been * days and they are constantly delaying it rather than solving the issue

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
