Myntra Company - I received a completely wrong product

I was delivered a completely wrong product by myntra. I ordered a blue colour product and the delivered brown colour. Then I opted for an exchange and when delivery guy came after * days he told that this is a wrong product. Than I contacted customer care also he confirmed that I have a brown colour product with me and told that they will operate within * days but it didn't. Than I called again but this time they told they delivered a perfect product. I fell my rights violated what should I do
