Act Fibernet Chennai - I like to change my plan
Kavitha pandiyan filed complaint against Act Fibernet Chennai on Feb 3, 2023
I requested act to change my plan to a monthly plan but they initially refused and later arranged to call back.
The billing person explained the charges and informed me will change within ** hours.
But nothing changed. I again contacted customer care regarding this but this person refused to do any changes.
Very confusing.
Again this person arranged for a call back but no one contacted us.
