I have a lot of complaints against redbus. *. they give an option to change date but when we go to change date, they revoke that acccess.
*. i had to book retuen ticket from goa to bangalore on *st, i booked the same at **:** hours on **st Dec, ****. I wanted to change it the next day around *. I called and said to the bus operator and even redbus as i had an emergency. They did not budge and i wasted a day. I just wanted to reschedule it to the next day. Then i booked the ticket again for *nd Jan , **** on *st jan ****. I boarded the bus at *:**ish and slept. At around *, the bus operator woke me up and told me that the next seat to me( it was double sided sleeper) was assigned to a male and so i was shifted to side lane. I could not sleep the entire night and all my luggage was giving me a lot of issues. I had booked the window side on the double sided sleeper to prevent from all this. I could not sleep at all the whole night and i got fever the net day. I called redbus to get refund on the journey as it is against the rules to assign a guy next to a girl. i even checked the guy's redbus ticket. It was clearly a fault on redbus. I raised a complaint for both the cases to redbus on *ed Jan. They paid **% for the first ticket but for the second ticket(*nd Jan), they took a lot of time and now they are saying sorry and saying they cant pay back. This has created a lot of stress for me mentally and physically. Everytime, they just put the ticket to resolved without actually resolving it. This has been going for arounf ** days now.I am very frustated and want the whole money back now with extra * k. - ****+ * k for this. i am just asking what i have incurred due to this .Please help me here.
