i booked bus seat for * people from ahmdabad ( adalaj ) to delhi ( mori gate ) AC sleeper bus and pay the rs.****.** . i booked bus from redbus and on the application ravina travel says they provide reading light,waterbottle,sanitisers,staff withmask , charging points but all this amenities are missing also staff behavior is not good at all *- i booked the ticket from ahmdabad ( adalaj ) to delhi ( mori gate ) but bus was changed from jaipur rajasthan (its not maintaind during booking we need to change the bus from jaipur) and they provide AC seater for jaipur to delhi also bus is change and driver is change and bus travels company and bus staff is also changed *- from ahmedabad to jaipur bus is full with other passanger they are sleeping on bus floor so we cant walk on the floor and his behavior is soo bad with us also covid guidline is followed *- ravina travels are coustomer support is not good and they talk with us in bad manner *- also bus claims they reach us on time ( **:** pm from **th september to *:** pm **th september ) but bus are *.* Hours late *- my bording point is adalag ahmdabad and dropping point is morigate bus parking but the travels drops me at dhaula kuan delhi they not refuse to drop me there *-bus staff behavior is also bad with us and jaipur to delhi bus staff is doing very bed behaviour with us *- also i get electric shok in the ravina travel bus charging point *- in the jaipur we need to change the bus its not written in any where during booking and its not mention they provide AC seater bus from jaipur to delhi also during changing the bus its hard to change the bus and we are facing physical discomfort and mantally too *- im facing mantally physically discomfort **- when i call the ravina cosutomer care they are not giving refund and compensation
