Easemytrip - hotel room not provided after confirm booking and advance payment

This Is With Reference To My Booking EMT ********* But When I Reached Hotel ,Hotel Refused Room. I Called Easemytrip Customer Care And They Just Refund The Money. But What About All The Trouble Faced By Me And My Family. Our Travel Plans Failed And It Caused A Great In Convenience To Us. I Have Sent A Written Complaint To Easemytrip And They Asked My Bank Details On Nov **,**** For Payment Of Compensation. But Even After One Month It Is Not Paid. I Need Compensation For Spoiling My Holiday , Inconvenience Caused To My Whole Family.I Need Compensation Of Rs ***** For All This In Convenience..
