I had booked a room in Hotel Natraj, Alwar, Rajasthan from Make my trip in for **.**.**** on the same day at around * pm. However, when I reached the Hotel at **.** pm, they denied check in and said that all rooms were occupied. I contacted Make my trip and they forwarded my call to their support, who kept on hold for * minutes and then said will call back in ** minutes. After **-** minutes, when I didnt get a call back, I called support again. The line was busy and had to wait ** minutes for my call to be attended and again the reply was they are looking into it and will contact in ** minutes. After more than * hour had passed, I contacted them again at **.** pm, again wait for *-** minutes for call to be answered and then same reply that I will get a call back in ** minutes. After that there was no call back that night. I was left stranded in the middle of the night even though I had fully paid for * rooms. I had to wandere here and there looking for hotels and as it was marriage season, I could not find it easily. At around * pm, finally I had to settle in an average guest house with * people in a single room. Next morning I had to leave at * a.m. but I got delayed and had to drive more than ***kms with a sleepy head.
