Dear Team,
I would be high voltage shock when we see the property booked from Agoda via oyo channel linked hotels. Now since the booking done from Agoda we are helplesss and no is ready for support in terms of cancellation. Since the property was too worst and not manageable to say for two nights. Since i was visited with my family and small kid of * year old and we don't have option to move to chwck other property due to long distance travel from Pune. Would like to know if we have paid *.*K then how its worthful. These is really shocking and waste of money if we don't get any comfort. I just called ** time ********** number to get support but that was not answering to appropriate or dropping call with * to ** mins on hold. This shows how to you are building customer satisfaction.
Like to know how you will address or reimburse amount since this property is worthless and all visitor are completely shocked who booked online and paid.
