First, I made a reservation for a room through OYO, and the booking agent instructed me to pay online because there was a ** rupee discount available, so I did. When I arrived at the hotel to request a room, however, the front desk agent asked for an additional payment of **** rupees, and I refused to do so because I had already paid *** rupees online and had a payment receipt. However, the hotel side informed me that this price list was insufficient, and we had previously complained. So I don't want to give the money to the hotel management, so I have to cancel my booking at least ** times. I have called oyo customer service all the time and was told booking cancellation would take some time and your amount would return to your side. Still, I don't get my amount, mainly because I didn't stay at the hotel, but how to take my money to your side is not good, so I want my money back.
