Hi,
Last night i booked hotel * city , Zirakpur from agoda. I have done the payment online via Gpay but when i reach hotel after an hour they didn't receive any booking from Agoda. My booking id is *********.
Please initiate my full refund as soon as possible.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
