Make My Trip - HOTEL DENYING CHECKIN

I booked a homestay in Darjeeling in the month of April-** through MakeMyTrip website. But the booked hotel named Sleeping Buddha (Situated at North Point Darjeeling) on dated **/**/**** has allotted to other customer. So, I complained to MakeMyTrip over phone call, but they did not provide other hotels at same Check-In day.

And because of this, I and my family had to face a lot of trouble and this journey became terrible for us. Our expenses on finding hotels and cabs have gone out of our control. However, after searching we finally found a homestay in Darjeeling at midnight for one day and then again next day I wasted time in finding hotels for the next remaining two days.

Now (for last one week) when we have provided all the hotel bills and CAB payment proofs and my wife's medical treatment bills and doctor's papers which she has medically suffered during the travel period, MakeMyTrip is refusing to provide compensation of all the expenses which has been raised at my end. I also asked the reason in writing or e-mail the reason & your policy, but till now MakeMyTrip has not given any reply in the mail. Makemytrip is saying that his policy (which I don't know) does not allow.

I request all the users, friends and people of my country India to please suggest me for the next step against this MakeMyTrip (MMT) because they have cheated, harassed mentally & physically and refused the bill payment. And finally I and my family came to home Jamshedpur, Jharkhand without enjoying a single day.
I have paid Hotel payment for Rs. *****/- to makemytrip and I have not take till date because they are offering *****/- which is very less compensation comparison to my actual expenditure.
