booked a hotel Royalton Hyderabad abids through MMT forum. after booking i got a call from Hotel management and saying not allowed to check in due to payment difference. I have insured my hotel booking also. at once i book i started my travel and it was very much inconvenient for me to book another hotel. Make my trip customer service also asked me to cancel the booking other than support the customer. Need a justice.
