I booked hotel with Goibibo and the hotel booking was not confirmed. I kept on calling them and they assured me they will arrange alternate. It was a mental torture daily. I even told them that post free cancellation period I won't be able to do anything .so can you confirmation or cancel asap. I trusted them and let go the free cancellation date pass and I realized that this people will ruin my trip. So, I booked alternate arrangement. My trip was on **rd April and today is may end, no action taken so far. Even wrote to management but no reply. Query I'd - ********
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
