I booked hotel bluemoon ahmedabad from OYO. Where as OYO has confirmed my booking. But hotel management deniyed to give AC room. I asked to not to asked payment related issue to consumet. But still argument is going on
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
