Zoomcar india limited - Host Support Ticket Created Fwd TICKET not attend status

I am not getting any response form zoomcare host who will take responsibility regarding customer who is damaging our car accessories which are not cover under insurance ,One of the customer Shreyash dusane bolling id JPSNKOCJ* date ** Aug **** to ** August came is midnight of ** th August at *.** Pm the tyre was puncture and disc was damage also my disc flap was missing , door rain guard passenger left side is broken ,driver side door corner is bent . I want know that when we have stop midnight booking and receiving then also how zoomcari allowing customer to book a car or handover at midnight around **** is the loss for all this damage and income is **** what is the use and if zoomcar as per rule you are responsible for all damage whether it is not insurance or insurance ..
if i am not getting my damage then i will lodge my complaint with consumer forum ,the call are disconnert my customer service and not give any response.
