Myself Kailas Kelgandre from PCMC Pune. I booked Homelane Interior services on ** September **** with a card payment of rupees **,***. They provided me quotation and design. On the same day, I compared quotations with other quotations from local vendors and found that homelane prices were very high, so I decided to cancel the booking and asked for a refund I messaged their sales representative on WhatsApp and asked for a refund. Instead of proceeding further, he arranged a call with a designer for quotation revision, but still, I did not like it. and I requested a refund only, but now they are denying the refund and forcing me to buy some furniture up to Rs.*,**,***. I need your help. I have attached some email conversations for your reference.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
