Hi Voxya Team,
Greetings!!!
Recently, I used Nobroker Home shifting service (dt. **/**/****) in which I had a pathetic experience. I am attaching mail with all details.
Some details to note:
*. I opted for insurance for which Nobroker charged me INR ***, but no certificate issued to me. Now they are not entertaining my insurance claim.
*. They agreed to pay INR *****, but now they are refusing to pay.
*. I wrote mail to all including support team, dispute team and leadership team. But no corrective action.

I literally being mentally harassed by them and I respond to their queries several times.

Now I want to take strict action against them and want to teach them a lesson, can your team help me. Look forward to hearing from you.
