Makemytrip.com - Holiday booking cancelled after sharing confirmation vouchers.

As this is the problem going on with the company since last ** days but there is no solution being provided by the company though being pre informed by the company and after confirming the booking details and when i had received all the booking vouchers and confirmation email, externally i had booked flights from Kolkata to Chennai and Chennai to Kolkata and also took a land package which costed me rs.*****(Since the land package is being taken from the local vendor so as per their policy the company shares the invoice only after the service is being completed)and the flight costed me rs.***** and now i dont know for what reason the company has cancelled the booking without my permission. I would like to inform the company that the same is being lodged to the consumer helpline having complaint no. ******. All the confirmation vouchers is being attached in the email. Kindly provide the solution within * days of the receipt of the email or else i will move ahead with the legal proceedings against the company.

As a solution i need the full service as mentioned in the vouchers.
