Onsitego - Hitachi ACs spoiled by Onsitego

Two nos. Hitachi Split ACs Jet Cleaned by Abhishek of ONSITEGO on **th of March.

Both the ACs are not cooling AT ALL after the Jet servicing done by your company.
No respect for customers. Worst Fraud company.
The report of your person as attached shows that both the ACs did not have any problems before he serviced them & the Gas was also proper & they were working fine.

I have given multiple complaints in the past ** days to get my ACs back in working condition, but they have been fully ignored.

If immediate action is not taken to get the ACs working again IMMEDIATELY, we will need to file a complaint in the Consumer Court regarding the deficiency in service & no regard for customer complaint or suffering.
