I canceled my train tickets booked for October **th opted for refund to MMT wallet as it said it would be instant & I wanted to book tickets again now I don’t see my refund & if I give my email they send OTP to number which isn’t mine! I opened a complaint they say they are trying to reach me & I didn’t receive any calls I don’t know what to do also when I booked tickets it said full refund & I see refund was made *,*** Rs.*** was deducted for what & where did you refund?? Hopeless customer service! I provided my phone number no one called me but they write they aren’t able to reach!
