Makemytrip india Pvt Ltd - Have not been refunded and status hasn t changed

I was booking train tickets at makemytrip but for some reason it wouldn't confirm and it's just been stuck like that and my money has not been refunded. I even called customer care and they said they would refund in ** minutes but I still haven't recieved the refund.
