I had booked a zoomcar on *st april, **** and the car was not in a good condition but seeing my future plans i managed to drive it. But at a red signal, a car from behind hit my car and the car got hitted to the car ahead of me at the signal. Car got some dents at the back and front both side. So technically, the fault was not mine.
I had immediately called customer care, and explained about whole scenario, they had asked me to upload the images of car on WhatsApp number, after that i received a call back from them that i shall not continue my journey and drop the car back to the original position of pickup. I did that and they told me that you will not get any refund or another car since it is a case of an damage to the car. But while booking the car i had purchased the damage protection plan that says all the damages will be taken care by zoomcar if i had any during my booking and same thing was conveyed to me over phone call that you need to pay rs. *** only as you have buyed the damage protection plan. I paid rs. *** and i got over. I lost the booking amount + future plans etc. That was over and got an email that i have **** rs. As an outstanding amount for vehicle damage. That my case they are charging me falsely despite i bought damage protection plan from them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
