Cleartrip - Harrasment by Cleartrip on refunds of flight cancelled by Airlines

Hi, I had Booked flight SG-*** for the date *th Dec **** This flight was cancelled by the airlines in wake of increasing cases in Mumbai and I cancelled it on Cleartrip website since I could not reach the customer care phone number and I did not intend to travel on alternate date. I spoke to Cleartrip agent later who confirmed that the amount airline will refund will be refunded to me. I spoke to SpiceJet and in their Transcript it is clearly stated that they are committed to transfer total of INR ****/- for the refund. I have not received any refund though from ClearTrip. Though I have received email from Cleartrip on **th Dec, confirming that the full amount will be refunded.. I am still running from pillar to post on refunds.
