Byjus - Harassment done by Byjus cancellation department

So it was a fraud sale being made by a counsellor at Byjus on **th October ****. When we got to know about this, we put this in front of a senior manager on **th October (*th day of the order which is within the ** day policy) and asked for cancellation and she felt sorry and gave her word that the cancellation will be done within * days, whose call recording is still with us. But from then to today we have tried to reach back to them around hundreds of time, but the only reply we get is that the cancellation team will call back within ** minutes which they never do. Now when the finance department has started deducting the money from my account, it has really became lot harassing from their part. We are being threatened by them that our cibl score and penalty charges will be deducted when the actual fault is done by Byjus. We have never received any product from Byjus so why should we pay. We have applied for cancellation within the stipulated time, then why should we be harassed.
