I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the extremely poor service and lack of support I have received from LivPure. Despite multiple follow-ups and escalations, my issue remains unresolved, causing me unnecessary inconvenience and financial burden.
In November ****, I moved into a new apartment and requested LivPure to transfer my water purifier to the new location. However, your team denied providing relocation support, forcing me to move the purifier on my own. I then informed LivPure to schedule a visit to reinstall the unit at my new home. Till date, no technician has shown up to complete the installation.
Since then, I have made multiple calls, reminders, and escalations, yet your team has completely ignored my request. I have clearly mentioned multiple times that I need access to clean water for drinking and cooking. Due to this delay, I have been forced to spend additional money on purchasing water for the past four months. Despite explaining my situation to your support team, no one has taken any action to resolve my issue.
To make matters worse, during my last call with your support team, I was rudely informed that since I had not paid the February **** monthly bill, the company would deduct the amount from my deposit. This response is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially after I have repeatedly explained that I have not been able to use the purifier due to LivPure’s inaction.
After this incident, I received three more calls pressuring me to pay the February bill, yet no one has taken accountability for the four months I have had to purchase water on my own. This is not just frustrating but also unfair.
I expect an immediate resolution to my complaint and a formal response addressing the following:
Immediate reinstallation of my water purifier at my new residence.
Compensation for the unnecessary expenses I have incurred due to your service failure.
Clarification on why I am being charged for services I have not been able to use.
If this issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter further, including filing a formal consumer complaint.
Please consider as an official notice for immediate action. I am happy to provide any further details necessary to help resolve this issue.
